Beck @ Healthy Mindz has helped our beautiful 8year old boy learn about his feelings and how best to deal with them in difficult situations. She did it in a way that was relatable to an 8 year old boy and she has built a beautiful trusting relationship between the 2 of them. We are so grateful for her help and guidance and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone!!

Beck is unique. She really understands children and teens. She was far better than both psychologists that we used and cared more as well. She is a brilliant counsellor (more than a counsellor really) and I would recommend her to anyone.

Beck has worked with our family to help my 11 year old son navigate some situations he found difficult.He was instantly at ease with Beck, and found her very easy to talk to. She is very skilled at identifying the core of an issue, and was able to present information in a way that was easy for him to understand. Beck has been great at supporting him and he now has a toolkit of effective strategies that he can (and does!) use whenever he’s feeling anxious or finding a situation challenging.One of the biggest benefits to our family has been that it’s given us all the age-appropriate ‘language’ to use and an understanding of what is happening physiologically. Beck’s approach is very non-judgemental and she has really encouraged him to be curious about the body–mind connection. He feels empowered rather than overwhelmed.I would highly recommend Beck’s program.

Beck has an amazing gentle way about her that kids respond to, she makes them feel safe and respected. Not having any family in the country, I find peace of mind my daughter has a trusted adult to turn to.My daughter has also learned so much from the other students, such as she's not the only one with worries or not knowing how to navigate certain situations.Mental health can be less of an issue if our children are given these tools to cope with life. I'm forever grateful for Beck and her teachings.

I’ve took my 10yr old daughter to see Beck as she was extremely anxious all the time. Beck managed to get her super anxious to super calm and positive within a few sessions. She also gave her to tools to regulate herself at home. We are so grateful and love the changes in our daughter and watching her participate in life again instead of standing in the sidelines. Thank you Beck, you are amazing at what you do and we look forward to working with you again in the future as mental health is the best investment ever for our busy pre teens as they navigate their way through adolescents .
