Helena was amazing very understanding and was able to provide me insightful advice on issues that seem to surface in my life that were dragging me down. The spiritual guidance was very handy as well as trying to sort out how to deal with some of these emotions surfacing. Her understanding and knowledge in the area of child hood wounding and how to deal with the loss of a loved one is remarkable. Highly recommended.

Nicola has been a lifesaver for our marriage!Nicola has helped us to re-connect and learn about each other again.Our meetings were held in a comfortable and informal setting.Nicola was very personable, intuitive and insightful and really spoke our language. She quickly managed to ascertain how we had got ourselves in to the situation we had and she gave many suggestions and ideas on realistic ways we could begin to connect. We also found it helpful that we had individual sessions with Nicola as well as couples therapy.We are happy to say we are at the end of our counselling journey now, and we have some much to look forward to but we truly believe we couldn't have done it without Nicola's guidance and expertise.Claire & Jason

Beck @ Healthy Mindz has helped our beautiful 8year old boy learn about his feelings and how best to deal with them in difficult situations. She did it in a way that was relatable to an 8 year old boy and she has built a beautiful trusting relationship between the 2 of them. We are so grateful for her help and guidance and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone!!

I highly don't recommend. Their Single Expert Witness put down in his statement the claims of the paying side as extremely favourable without seeing any evidence to these claims. He also twisted my words in his report to make a completely different meaning. Now a young person is denied help he needs to manage at school and in life, all based on two 20 to 30 minute meetings. I believe the ethics of psychological practice were broken in many ways.

Great location and friendly helpful staff

Jan is a wonderful counsellor! I have been speaking to Jan for over 12 years and she is just so easy to talk to. Jan is friendly, non-judgemental and offers excellent insight and advice. Life issues big or small are treated with the same respect. Jan has helped me immensely and I highly recommend her.

Staff are friendly and approachable. My daughters OT (Claire Wack) is accommodating and has taken the time to really get to know my daughter and tailors the sessions to suit. My daughter always looks forward to her sessions and is making great progress. Highly recommend!

The practice is fine, Keri Andrew was not.Did not try to help me at all, merely listening to me and responding unhelpfully. Wanted many times to only discuss her imminent baby, where in Scotland my family is from, and anything but helping to ease my serious distress.

Michael is brilliant - I did his 'Deep Personal Change' online (via zoom).I went from feeling dark, depressed and unhappy, to feeling light, happy and optimistic. Michael made it easy and even funny at times... thoroughly recommend him
